Born and raised in Arizona, I forged my own trail to a fulfilling career in psychotherapy after a successful stint as a software engineer. Motivated by a desire to work meaningfully with others, I completed the Master of Counseling program at ASU.

My journey led me to begin working in a grant funded trauma program, primarily working with Spanish-speaking adults and children who endured domestic violence. Grounded in an attachment and trauma informed approach, my therapeutic style is rooted in research-backed methodologies. I firmly believe that collaboration is the cornerstone of progress, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate the path toward healing and growth.

The creative aspects of creating new projects, as well as the curiosity of working with others to make sense of puzzling code—I suppose these are 

Creativity and curiosity are two aspects of that former life I suppose I bring into this career. this former career I carried over into my new role; that and the desire to work meaningfully with others
